Nutraresearch had the honor of presenting, just a few days ago in Badajoz, the latest progress we are making within the framework of the European project SUSTAINEXT.
This meeting was an excellent opportunity to share the evolution of the work we have been carrying out over the past months, as explained in detail by our CEO, Gemma Casadevall.
As part of the project, we are focusing our efforts on developing new formulations based on innovative and sustainable ingredients, aimed at bringing added value to the nutraceutical sector. In addition, we had the opportunity to share the significant steps we are taking to offer the industry more sustainable packaging solutions—a strategic and essential focus that meets current market demands and, in particular, the increasing environmental responsibility shown by leading brands.
At Nutraresearch, we reaffirm our commitment to an innovation model that is effective, responsible, and aligned with sustainability objectives, actively contributing to a greener future for the industry. These goals are deeply shared and fully aligned with the vision of the Sustainext project.
The SUSTAINEXT project brings together 21 companies across the entire value chain in a strategic alliance aimed at the cultivation of medicinal plants for use in the nutraceutical industry, as well as exploring additional applications by utilizing biomass surpluses. Nutraresearch was selected to participate in this project due to its deep expertise in phytotherapy and galenic formulation, along with its extensive experience and leadership in the development of innovative, high-quality, and effective products.
